By downloading or using the Examen Civique app, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Use of the Application
Examen Civique is a preparation tool for the French civic exam required for naturalization. Its content is provided for informational and educational purposes and does not replace official sources.
Limitation of Liability
We do our best to ensure content accuracy and keep it up to date, but we cannot guarantee success on the civic exam or in the naturalization procedure. The user remains responsible for their preparation and official procedures.
Intellectual Property
All content in the app (text, images, code) is protected by copyright. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
Purchases and Subscriptions
Premium purchases are made via the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Refunds are handled by Apple according to its policy.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Users are notified of important changes via the app or email.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of French courts.
